Change of Mind
If you decide to return an original artwork within 7 days of receipt, you have two options:
Store Credit: Receive store credit for the full purchase price.
Refund: Get a refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% processing fee based on the total purchase amount.
Please note that shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Please report the issue with photos of the damaged artwork within 7 days of receiving it, and Brush n Blockchain will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Process
All return shipments must be coordinated through Brush n Blockchain and sent in their original packaging, including any certificates received with the order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Notes
Refunds will be processed according to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD.
Any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered after purchase
Refunds will not be granted after the 7-day period.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns[at]brushnblockchain[.]com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at returns[at]brushnblockchain[.]com with your order ID in the subject line.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
